Body language as a means of communication

There is many a time when people ignore and take body language for granted. Different body gestures are used to communicate to another party what one is really thinking or feeling. Some examples being frowns, which tell that someone is feeling low and sad or just not in a happy mood. Holding one's head with both hands shows that one is in a state of anguish, agony or amazement. Also the use of hands when explaining something ca be used to show the depth of what one's really talking about. These are just a few to mention amongst the many and is therefore important that we take time to notice these body gestures in our day today communications and interactions with people for we could hurt one's feelings or create wrong perceptions about oneself to others.
