Nonverbal and verbal communication

Verbal communication is the exchange of messages face-to-face.It is an efficient way of communication as it involves verbal exchange of information together with body languge and facial expressions,thus nonverbal communication.Nonverbal communication,as the name suggests does not involve the exchange of words verbally but the display of body language and facial expressions.If the appropriate body language and expressions are diplayed,nonverbal communication could also be very effective and indeed powerful in the case the wrong expressions are portrayed.Roy Chikumbi
